Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Wrong Items Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a replacement.
- Damaged or Expired Items: If a product arrives damaged or expired, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the item(s) in question.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Note:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns for reasons other than damage or wrong items will be accepted only at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- If the replacement item is unavailable, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- The replacements of the products will be delivered within 2-3 days of receiving the original products.
Refund Credited time: 5-7 business days after approval.
3. Shipping Costs
- If the error is on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Items Not Eligible for Returns/Refunds
- Sale items or items purchased during promotions.
- Products with visible signs of use or tampering.
- Customized or personalized products.
